Refund policy

I will issue a refund or exchange on a case by case basis. I do not issue a refund without receiving the product back, at customer's expense. Return needs to be started within 7 days of receiving product. Resin does break, crack, and chip when dropped. Refund or exchange will be issued for product damaged upon receiving the product. Custom orders may not be refundable.
